Uplus is an online talent platform for children up to 25 that encourages and empowers them to change their creativity into something more than just a hobby.

They can sell their work in the shop giving them a chance to earn money, they also have the chance to have close encounters with creative professionals giving real insight into jobs and industries. This allows people to experience jobs first hand and add to their CV (the number one reason people aren’t employed out of college is a lack of work experience). Uplus advertise jobs, offer tips on how to prepare for interviews, giving kids exposure to the workplace. All of this takes place while the kids are having a lot of fun, entering competitions and interacting with the website.
